When I call GT Emblems during business hours I sometimes get a voice mail, what should I do?


There are times during the business day where call volume or other issues interfere with immediately answering the telephone.  Please leave a message, telephone number and someone will get back to you quickly; usually within the hour.

Why does GT Emblems process my payment through PayPal?  I thought that was only for eBay.


We have chosen PayPal as our credit card processor for a variety of reasons.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Simply put, PayPal has one of the best anti-fraud protection systems any small business can use for the price.  For more information see our Privacy page.

How you measure the size of a pin, badge, patch or coin?

We measure the tallest and widest point of the item.  The measurement is determined by the widest point of your design.

I want to use a design that is trademarked; can I?

You are responsible for legal ownership or right to use any logo, design, trademark or copyright you submit to us for production.  By entering into a contract with us, you certify that you have a legal right to use the image and it does not infringe on any other person/entity's intellectual property rights. 

*GT Emblems will not knowingly produce any image you do not have a right to use.



I just ordered merchandise from your web-store, can I return it?

Many of the items available on our web-store are returnable within 14 days.  If there are defects or the item does not work properly we will replace the item for you at no cost.  For defective items we will bear the shipping cost for the item to be returned.

All other returns must be approved prior to sending them back.  Please call 228-224-2381 for return information.  A 20% restocking fee may apply.


Do you offer military or non-profit discounts?

Every custom manufactured item that is made by GT Emblems discounts are available with proper ID.  Military and (registered) Non-Profit agencies always get a 10% discount on custom order merchandise.  Discounts do not apply for die & mold fees or in stock items in the web-store. 

I am on your email list and no longer want to be.  How can get off the list?

We make it easy for you.  In an effort to comply with anti-spam legislation we subscribe to an email server that allows you to unsubscribe at any time from marketing emails.  Simply follow the instructions on the marketing email and choose the unsubscribe link at the bottom.  It is that easy!

I just ordered some electronics from your web-store.
It was shipped by a 3rd party and not GT Emblems, why?


We have deals with other companies for merchandise we either do not stock, or simply cannot be competitive on without a business partner.  We search these deals weekly in an effort to give you some of the best deals available.  If any of these third party items need to be returned, you must call 228-224-2381 for return instructions.  If it is defective, GT Emblems will replace at no cost to you.  If the item is simply returned because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for all return costs and subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

What guarantee do you offer on custom merchandise?


We guarantee all merchandise to be free from defects.  We will replace at no cost to you any merchandise that is defective or mismade.  For purposes of this agreement, a defect is a manufacturing error that caused the item to differ greatly from the approved design.  Simply let us know within 30 days of receipt of item, that it is defective.  Depending on the type of defect, we may require you to return the item. 

I just got my product and noticed that I made a mistake on the customization.  What can I do?

We stand by our work 100%.  If the mistake is ours we will replace the item at no charge to you.  If the work matches the proof we submitted and you approved, we cannot replace the item at our cost.  As a valued customer, we will work with you to help get a replacement in a timely manner.    The customer must bear the entire replacement cost including any dies or molds that need to be remade.

I ordered custom patches last week.  I just discovered the size is wrong.  Can I get a refund?  

All sales are final.  Due to the custom nature of products we manufacture, all sales are final.  Once the order has been submitted for production, it may not be canceled or changed for any reason.  GT Emblems does not issue refunds, credits or discounts in these circumstances.
